Picture a relaxing day of riding surrounded by grape vines and blossoming orchards, stopping to taste the fruits of 5 excellent wineries, and lingering over a late lunch at the Crowsnest Vineyards.

With a fine sampling of boutique wines, you're in for a delicious treat!

You can enjoy the wine tour as part of a Lodge or Inn to Inn ride package, or as a day trip for experienced riders.

Departs:

Keremeos, BC    10:00 AM

Return:

to your vehicle parked in Keremeos by 3:30 PM

Includes:

Horse and tack

Helmet (if requested)

Water and pommel pack for personal belongings

Transportation from and back to your vehicle at designated meeting point

Services of a driver and horseback guide

Tasting and/or tours at 5 different wineries 

Lunch and non-alcoholic beverages at the Crowsnest Vineyard

Type of riding:

Rural road riding through vineyards, orchards and farm country. All riding is done at a comfortable trekking walk.

Some equestrian experience is required to get the most enjoyment out of the day for you and your riding companions.

Recommended minimum ability: Capable of mounting and dismounting unassisted, capable of applying basic aids, comfortable and in control at the walk and moderate length posting trots.

Enrollment:

Minimum 2, maximum 4

Age recommendations:

Minimum of 19 years old

Purchases:

The driver can pick up anything you may like to purchase, whether it's a bottle or a case of wine. Don't worry about having to carry anything on your horse! Please note: it's not necessary to buy something to enjoy the tasting rooms.

What to wear:

Boots with a low heel and ankle support

Comfortable jeans or breeches

Sun hat

What to bring:

Sunscreen

Long sleeved shirt for sun protection

Jacket & or rain gear if questionable weather

Camera

What NOT to bring:

Handbags

Backpacks

Please No Dogs
