Are you ready to rethink your relationship with horses?
The Sacred Ride is a rare experience, combining groundwork, riding and Equine Experiential Learning.
Real growth comes in the exploration of who you are as a human being. Beyond friendship, sporting equipment or a fun method of transportation, this is a horse's true gift.
Because horses are prey animals, they show an innate sensitivity to human moods and body language, making them ideal partners in learning. They will always mirror our attitudes perfectly.
This workshop is for people longing for riding and leadership based on kindness and personal power, where respect is nurtured, not forced.
Personal growth, reflective round pen principles, passive leadership and the foundations of intuitive riding are the core of this course.
The dynamics change as you learn to trust, to live in empathy and wholehearted connection. Horses will teach you the beauty that comes from honouring relationship over sport.
As trust builds, horses will open in you a deeper understanding of the horse-human bond.
If you've read the books by Linda Kohanov, "The Tao Of Equus" and "Riding Between The Worlds", you'll find this workshop a perfect compliment to her teachings, and much more.
The Sacred Ride is a one of a kind opportunity to spend time learning with horses in a natural setting.

Why does riding a horse on a beautiful day hold so much power to transform? Moods lift, spirits soar, and we return feeling complete.
Horses have always carried our hearts. Magic entwines our connection and we are touched in the still places deep inside. They take us out of the ordinary to help us heal, grow, and to stretch our beliefs in ourselves.
If we allow them, horses will teach us. They raise our consciousness and quiet our thoughts. We become sated in the perfect joy of the moment.
The joy ride is an exploration of insight and fresh perspective. Experience intuitive riding, dynamic round pen principles, balance…and how beliefs create joy.
For those who have completed the Sacred Ride, the Joy Ride brings you full circle.

Chiron's Way was founded by Sandra Wallin to provide educational and therapeutic experiences in a setting which supports and nurtures the development of each individual, family or group.
These experiences may include:
* Partnering with horses to find the rhythm of self
* Nurturing wholeness by allowing your inner voice to speak through the expressive arts
* Creating a synergetic dialogue between the two

Epona: The Way of the Horse
3 day workshop (first day is a afternoon only) By request
This introductory Epona workshop will focus on the strengths that each of us possess, acknowledging our authentic self as an integral guide in our personal development, a guide that brings awareness to our internal resources such as hope, courage, intuition and joy.
Sandra will also draw our attention to the false self messages that inhibit our personal growth, and share with us how to access the valuable information contained within all of our emotions.
Joining us in this learning will be our horse partners who will share with us their innate wisdom, illuminating the gifts that shine within us all.
This three-day gathering is based on the pioneering work of Linda Kohanov, a leader in the field of equine experiential learning and the author of The Tao of Equus and Riding Between the Worlds. Through uniquely designed ground exercises with the horses, demonstrations, discussions and lecture components, this workshop will provide an opportunity for you to:
* Broaden your understanding of the innate wisdom found within emotions
* Distinguish between your boundaries and those of others (human and horse)
* Acknowledge and move beyond your limiting beliefs
* Create genuine, mutually supportive inter-species relationships
* Examine the foundations of authentic community

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of deposit minus $150 administration fee if cancelled 30 days in advance. 50% of deposit is refunded if cancelled with less than 30 days notice.
